We provide mobile auto detailing services at a location of your choice. Our services may include, but are not limited to, exterior washing, waxing and coating, sanding and polishing, interior cleaning, and other detailing tasks as described on our website or communicated to you.

 

3. Appointment Scheduling and Cancellations

  • Scheduling: Appointments can be scheduled by contacting us via phone, text, or email. You are responsible for providing accurate information regarding your location and vehicle details.

  • Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule an appointment up to [24] hours before the scheduled time without incurring a fee. Cancellations made less than [24] hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of [amount or percentage] of the total service cost.

 

4. Payment Terms

  • Fees: The fees for our services are outlined on our website or provided during the booking process. We reserve the right to adjust our pricing at any time.

  • Payment: Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept credit/debit cards, cash, and digital payment services such as Apple Pay, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, and CashApp.

  • Late Payments: Any unpaid balance may incur late fees or result in the suspension of service until payment is made.

 

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Access: You must ensure that we have unobstructed access to your vehicle and that the location where the service is performed is safe and suitable for our operations. Additionally, water and electricity are to be provided to service your vehicle. 

  • Condition of Vehicle: You are responsible for informing us of any special instructions or concerns regarding your vehicle's condition. We are not liable for damage to any pre-existing issues.

  • Property: You are responsible for removing personal belongings from the vehicle being serviced. All remaining items will be placed in designated bags. We are not responsible for lost items.

 

6. Liability

  • Service Limitations: While we strive to provide high-quality services, we cannot guarantee that all imperfections will be removed. We are not liable for any damage caused by pre-existing conditions or inherent risks associated with detailing.

  • Damages: Our liability for any damages or losses is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

 

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website. By using our Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described.

 

8. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

 

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maryland, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our Service will be resolved in the courts located in Harford County, Maryland, USA.
